Although my passion for running doesn't diminish as I age, I realized that I would need longer time for recovery after each training session.
Nevertheless I'm happy to achieve most of my running targets which I set at the beginning of the year:
1km: 4:08 (Target sub-4:30)
5km: 23:48 (Target sub-25)
10km: 51:13 (Target sub-53)
21.1km: 1:54:37 (Target sub-1:58)
FM: 4:05:15 (Target sub-4:10)
This year hasn't been easy for me in certain ways, but thanks to running, it helps me stay resilient.
因為熱愛,所以堅持;
因為堅持,所以美麗。
雖然成績一般,
但已54歲的年紀也就只能這樣了。
今年我一直很認真的練跑,
也因為曾經認真的努力過,
所以特別珍惜這一路跑來而留下的腳印
以及流過的血汗(訓練時不慎跌傷而流的血😅😅)。
雖然2024年在某些方面過得並非一帆風順,
幸好跑步幫助我堅韌的面對生活中的坎。
但願我們都能為了自己的信念而堅持
無需特意對人解釋,
只要自己明白就好。
