跑步周记(8月9日至15日)

(Week 1)2010年8月9日至15日的跑步记录:

9/8/2010 (Monday): 7.1km
10/8/2010 (Tuesday): 8.5km
11/8/2010 (Wednesday): 3.8km (脚痛,半途而废)
12/8/2010 (Thursday): 9.5km
13/8/2010 (Friday): 0km (倾盆大雨)
14/8/2010 (Saturday): 3.7km (半途下雨)
15/8/2010 (Sunday): 18km

总里数: 50.6km

星期六傍晚,约好了俊祥到休闲森林跑步。原本计划要跑五个大圈(一圈3.6KM),谁知道跑了一圈不久,竟下起雨来。结果,我们在亭子里避雨聊天。可是没多久,雨停了,但我们聊兴正浓,不想跑了。聊天了一个多小时才回家。

由于这个星期的里数不足,星期天6.30am 就到了休闲森林。当时天色还很暗,我等到6.45am 才开始跑步。
一个人跑了3圈后,已经八点钟了,正巧遇到一队跑步俱乐部的跑友。我是第一次见到他们,完全不认识的。但对跑步爱好者来说,四海之内皆兄弟也!我也开口要求和他们一起跑,还和他们的队长Mr Yeo 边跑边聊,获益良多。
我和他们跑了大约7KM,他们还没跑完。当时我已经跑了2小时03分了,很累了,于是便先行停了。希望以后有机会可以再和他们一起跑。
